This equipment is designed for the wet separation of fine magnetic minerals in iron ore mining or for the removal of magnetic minerals mixed with non-magnetic ones. Upon starting the equipment, the distribution device motor (variable frequency) rotates the shaft at the lower end of the distributor. The material within the distributor falls into the space between the two magnetic roller drums as the shaft rotates. Simultaneously, the motors of the two magnetic roller drums (also variable frequency) rotate the drums in opposite directions. The magnetic materials in the falling material are attracted to the surfaces of the magnetic roller drums, while non-magnetic materials continue to fall naturally, landing in the middling or tailing bins.

The outer magnetic cylinder rotates while the internal magnetic poles remain stationary. The poles are arranged according to a specific pattern on one side of the magnetic roller, with no poles on the other side. When the magnetic cylinder rotates to a certain angle, the magnetic field weakens, causing the adhered magnetic materials to drop off, separating them from the naturally falling non-magnetic materials, which then land in the concentrate bin. The distance between the two magnetic roller drums, the magnetic deflection angle of the roller drums, the angle of the feed plate, and the motor frequency can be adjusted according to the actual material conditions, facilitating separation and improving concentrate quality.
