This machine consists of a cylinder, a disc stirrer, a transmission device, and a frame. The cylinder is filled with grinding media, and the disc stirrer is slowly rotated by a V-belt drive. Grinding media and material move in a multidimensional circular and rotational motion within the cylinder, with material exchanging between the top and bottom, inside and outside. Material is effectively ground under the combined forces of pressure from grinding media, friction from rotation, impact, extrusion, and shear. Power input to the stirred mill directly drives the stirring mechanism, resulting in the high energy efficiency of the mill compared to conventional and vibrating mills. The stirred mill can operate in batch or continuous production.
