The trough wash machine features a semicircular inclined trough equipped with two long shafts, each mounted with discontinuous stirring blades. The apex of the blades forms a spiral line. The two spirals rotate in opposite directions, with the upper blades turning outward. Material is fed into the lower end of the trough, where the blades cut and scrub the material, while high-pressure water from the top washes away the cemented particles. Cleaned coarse particles are pushed out through the discharge outlet at the top of the trough, while fine particles form a slurry that flows out through the lower overflow channel.
