The pulsation curve of this jig is sawtooth-shaped, meaning that the rising water flow is faster than the falling water flow, with a shorter rise time and longer fall time. This design overcomes the limitations of sinusoidal pulsation curves in conventional jigs, where both the rising and falling water flows have equal speed and duration. The sawtooth design enhances bed looseness, reduces suction effects, and ensures that heavy mineral particles fully settle, significantly improving the separation ratio, capacity, and recovery rate of the equipment.
