The valve core is made from ultra-durable rubber produced using Baisheng special "liquid-phase nano formulation," providing superior elasticity and fatigue resistance, with wear resistance exceeding that of ordinary rubber by over ten times. The dimensions of the valve core are identical to those of standard hose valve cores, allowing for interchangeability. The body can be made from cast and welded structures or from metal aluminum alloy. Ideal for use in mining pipelines transporting materials in high-wear and high-corrosion environments. The maximum working pressure of the liner is 10.5 kg/cm².
