Typically installed beneath the discharge opening of a storage bin, the ore falls into the feeding box from the bin. The electric motor drives a worm gear reducer via a coupling, which then activates an eccentric wheel mounted on the output shaft of the reducer. This causes the bottom of the feeding box to swing back and forth, allowing for uniform feeding. By adjusting the scale on the eccentric disk of the eccentric wheel, the stroke can be modified to control the feeding quantity. Additionally, changing the speed of the motor can adjust the frequency of the swinging motion, thereby altering the feeding volume.
Suitable for use in mineral processing plants, smelting factories, cement plants, sand mines, and mechanized casting workshops. It can be suspended from steel structures or installed below hoppers for continuous feeding.
