The slurry enters the scrubber chamber through the feed pipeline. Under the powerful stirring action of the impeller, the slurry generates intense turbulence, causing the mineral particles to undergo significant friction and collisions. This process removes the impurity films covering the surfaces of the mineral particles. Additionally, the cemented materials on the mineral surfaces become loose and disintegrated due to water soaking, facilitating the separation of the mineral particles from the clay. The detached and disintegrated impurities are then separated from the slurry through subsequent de-siltation.
