The electromagnetic iron separator operates based on its internal electromagnetic coil and magnetic field. When current flows through the excitation coil, a constant, non-uniform magnetic field is generated. When ferromagnetic materials enter this magnetic field, their magnetization varies due to differences in size and the magnetic field strength at different points. This results in a stronger magnetic force acting on one end of the ferromagnetic material. Consequently, the two ends experience different magnetic forces, causing the material to move toward the stronger magnetic field until it reaches the magnetic pole of the separator, effectively removing iron from the material. Suitable for iron removal from any material on conveyor belts before crushers and can operate effectively in various harsh environmental conditions.
