Dry Permanent Magnetic Roller

The magnetic roller, also known as a magnetic pulley, features a simple structure and can be directly installed at the head of a belt conveyor. Magnetic materials are attracted as they move to the top of the roller, and upon reaching the bottom, they automatically discharge, while non-magnetic materials fall directly in a horizontal parabolic trajectory. This equipment is suitable for pre-selection in various stages after crushing iron ore blocks, removing waste rock, and improving the grade of ore entering subsequent processes. It can also be used in mining sites to recover iron ore from waste rock, enhancing resource utilization. Additionally, it can recover metallic iron from steel slag and sort useful metals from waste, contributing to environmental improvement.
