The vibrator consists of two eccentric shafts that rotate in opposite directions at the same speed. The centrifugal inertial forces generated by the eccentric masses of the two shafts cancel each other in one direction, while in the perpendicular direction, the combined centrifugal inertial force causes the screen box to vibrate linearly. Suitable for dewatering, desliming, and deliquoring, as well as removing heavy media in dense media separation.
