Typically installed below the discharge port of a storage bin, the ore falls onto a grizzly plate at the bottom of the trough. The grizzly plate is mounted on rollers and connected to a dual-output shaft reducer via an eccentric mechanism. This setup is then coupled with an electric motor. During operation, the motor drives the reducer through a coupling, and the eccentric disk moves the grizzly plate in a reciprocating linear motion between the trough frame bottom and the rollers, ensuring uniform feeding. Suitable for short-distance conveying of bulk materials with a particle size of up to 160 mm. Widely used in mining, processing plants, chemical, cement, and construction industries for uniform and continuous feeding from storage bins to crushing and transport machinery.
