Dust-laden air is drawn into the dust remover by a fan, where the airflow turns downward and impacts the water surface, causing some larger dust particles to fall into the water. As the dust-laden air travels through the "S" shaped channel between the upper and lower blades at a speed of 18 to 35 meters per second, it generates a significant amount of water spray, facilitating thorough contact between the air and water. Most fine dust particles are mixed into the water, effectively purifying the dust-laden gas. After passing through the "S" shaped channel, the water containing the dust particles is returned to the funnel due to centrifugal force. The purified gas is released through the mist separation chamber's water drop barrier before exiting the unit, while the slurry is periodically discharged through the outlet valve in the funnel.
