The ZJY automatic flocculant dosing system operates by introducing powdered material into a feeding hopper. During dosing, a screw feeder below the hopper transfers the material to a discharge unit, where a high airflow generated by a blower transports the powder into a pre-mixer on the stirring tank. Water is then mixed with the powder and added to the stirring tank. To ensure uniformity, the prepared agent is stored in a maturation tank and injected as needed by a dosing pump into the inlet pipeline of the concentrator. The agent is thoroughly mixed with the material using a static mixer before entering the concentration tank. If heating is not required, the prepared agent can also be circulated within the storage tank to prevent sedimentation.

Automatic Monitoring System: This system collects signals of inflow rate, concentration, and turbidity of the clarified water. If sedimentation is too slow, it sends a signal to the feeding pump to increase dosing; if too fast, it adjusts the speed to reduce dosing.
